REFUND
POLICY

At Tuff World, every piece is made with intention. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and structured refund policy.

1. No Refunds (General Policy)

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We may offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Request must be made within [3–7 days] of delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping costs

Exchange approval is subject to inspection.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and order details

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer store credit (depending on availability)

4. Bespoke / Custom Orders

All bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after dispatch

However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
